Privacy policy

This policy explains how EuropaLab handles information when you use Parchis Online - Play with Friends (Parchi), including guest, Google, and email accounts, online games, friends, chat, and optional advertising rewards.

1. Information we process

• Account information: Firebase account ID, sign-in method, email address for email/Google accounts, and information supplied by your sign-in provider. Password authentication is managed by Firebase; do not send your password to support.
• Player profile: display name, selected or provider-supplied profile picture, avatar preference, friend code, level, stars, and virtual coin balance.
• Game activity: match states and results, entry stakes, rewards and coin transactions, leaderboard participation, invitations, friends, online presence, and recent active days.
• Communication: private friend messages, stickers/emojis, invitation notifications, and chat activity counts. Messages shared with another player are visible to that player.
• Device and service information: app preferences stored on your device; network, device, and advertising information processed by our hosting and advertising services to deliver, secure, and operate the app.
• Deletion requests: contact email, account identifier, sign-in method, optional information you supply, and review/completion records.

2. Why we use information

We use this information to create and restore accounts, maintain profiles and balances, match players, deliver live games and chat, calculate rewards and leaderboard prizes, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and process account deletion. Non-identifying activity totals help us understand how the game is used.

3. Guest accounts

A guest account is a Firebase anonymous account with an online player profile. Access normally depends on the app's saved credentials on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data may remove your access; it does not automatically delete the server account. Linking an available Google account can help preserve access. If you lose guest access, include your friend code or player ID in a deletion request so we can help identify and verify the account.

4. Services and sharing

We use Google Firebase for authentication, player data and app configuration; Google AdMob for advertising; Ably for live messaging; and our hosting provider for the website and API. Your public player name, profile picture, stars and leaderboard position may be shown to other players. Account identifiers needed for gameplay are handled by these services. We do not publish your email address on the leaderboard.

Service providers may process information on servers outside your country under their own privacy and security arrangements. See Google's Privacy Policy, Firebase privacy information and Ably's Privacy Notice.

5. Advertising and rewards

Rewarded ads are optional. AdMob may process advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device information and interactions for ad delivery, measurement, security, and personalization where allowed. Your device's advertising/privacy controls and any consent options presented in the app affect this processing. Virtual coins are game currency, not cash.

6. Retention and account deletion

We retain active account data while needed to operate your account. You can request deletion of your Parchi account and associated data or contact [email protected]. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify ownership, we will explain what is needed.

After approval, we remove the Firebase sign-in account, profile, email/account linkage, picture reference, friends/invitations, presence, balances, progress, personal match/reward history and stored private-chat conversations associated with the account. Shared game and payout records are removed or anonymized so remaining players' results and balances remain consistent. This does not delete your Google account.

What remains: non-identifying game totals and anonymized shared results may remain. A minimal deletion/review record and a one-way account-block marker are retained for 30 days after completion to support the request and prevent accidental restoration; completed/rejected request records are then purged. Unverified requests are retained for up to 90 days before removal. Separately controlled device copies, recipients' screenshots, hosting security logs and provider records may remain subject to their own retention or legal requirements; contact us if you need help with these records.

7. Security and your choices

We restrict account-data access through authentication and server access controls and use encrypted network connections. No service can guarantee absolute security. You can change your player profile, control sound and other local preferences, choose whether to watch rewarded ads, and contact us about access, correction, or deletion. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, or financial documents with a request.

8. Children and parents

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has supplied personal information that should be removed, contact us. We will review the request and take appropriate steps after verifying the relevant account.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above identifies this version.
